You are now able to have a wig made with hair that you provide from another hair company. Simply mail in or drop off your hair to K. Cole Xtensions and we will construct you a machine made wig.

PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR WIG TO COMPLETE. PLUS ADDITIONAL TIME FOR SHIPPING. - (AFTER YOUR HAIR HAS BEEN RECEIVED IF MAILING IN)
Pick-up turn around: 4-7 business days. You will receive a pick up date via email.
- Basic styling (Bone Straight, Signature Curls or Natural State (Deep Wave or Curly hair).
- Elastic band
- Wig will be lightly plucked to appear natural. No baby hair will be made.
Wig maintenance and closure replacement will also be available for wigs made by K. Cole for an additional charge.
What you will need:
- 3 or more FULL BUNDLES (NO CUT UP BUNDLES PLEASE)
- New Closure
- Exact measurements SEE PHOTO

Online store processing and shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, provided there is no issue with payment verification. Please allow up to 7 business days to process orders of 8 or more wefts, and additional time for shipping.
Please allow 7 business days for processing during holiday sales.
**Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail which normally takes 1-3 business days to arrive within the Continental United States.
**Please be aware that order arrival may be delayed during the holiday season once your order has been shipped. Such delay is out of the control of K. Cole Xtensions. Please contact the Post Office with your tracking number if such delay occurs.**

YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY.
We regret that we are unable to sell to you if you live outside of the US or wish to have a delivery outside of the US.
Note: Once a package is dropped off to the post office for delivery, we no longer have any control over the package and you agree to bear full risk for the product and the condition in which it may arrive.
IF THE PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED, IMMEDIATELY CONTACT K. Cole Xtensions by telephone AND DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE.
You will have to file a claim with the post office.

USPS 1-800-275-8777. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost, stolen, or items damaged during shipment.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive what you believe to be a defective product, notify us immediately via email with photos attached, and K. Cole Xtensions will investigate the defect. If merchandise is proven to be defective K. Cole Xtensions will issue a full refund or replace the product at our discretion. We will contact you by phone with further communication and resolution.
DO NOT REMOVE ANY OF THE ORIGINAL LABELS OR TAGS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE DEFECTS IN QUESTION.
